2. Service Description AdRemix lets users generate AI avatars, scripts, and short-form videos. We provide a transparent, credit-based pricing model for analysis, generation, and exports.

3. User Responsibilities - You must comply with all applicable laws. - You may not infringe third-party rights or upload prohibited content. - You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Payments - Plans are billed monthly or annually. - Credits expire per the plan terms. - No refunds for unused credits except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kent, United Kingdom.
